We’re so sad to hear that you’re not feeling well 🤢🤒 and we’re praying for a speedy recovery ✨ Whenever I’m sick or in pain, I pretty much just end up eating almost 100% raw vegan. I find that I tend to recover/heal much faster. I add a lot of beets, grapes, berries, red cabbage, yams, carrots (pretty much anything that’s purple, red and orange) to my meals. When I don’t think I can stomach food, I add a mix of grape juice, cherry juice, cranberry juice, prune juice (to keep things moving OUT of my system 😅), and any other juices we happen to have in hand, to a large glass/jar of water. If my stomach is upset, I make chamomile, mint, and ginger tea, and that seems to soothe it. However, if I’m feeling nauseous, I prefer to make myself 🤮, or just let myself 🤮 so that whatever seems to be having ‘beef’ with my stomach can just vacate the premises 😠🤪 I take in as much citrus as I can, depending on what’s ailing me🤧😮💨 My apologies for the long post. What I do may not work for others. I only do things this way because it’s what my body was allowing me to do. 😅 We sure hope you’re feeling better soon✨ Have you ever watched the Healthy Vegan Eating channel here on KZbin? Peppermint and ginger tea. Fresh coconut water for restoring electrolytes. I always ask questions because I'm not about to get caught up in these streets with the runs. I bring peptobismol just in case.

It’s hard eating out in non vegan restaurants. Went to Waffle House and Benihana’s restaurant separate occasions got sick as a dog. The only thing I can surmise is that my food was cooked on the same grill that they cook meat needless to say, I have not been back to either of those places.

Unfortunately, you need to flush your system out - constantly running to the bathroom and vomiting is part of the process. Eat fresh fruits & veggies and drink a lot of water. Hope you feel better.
