I feel the same way about a local restaurant in MA that I found on HappyCow. it's not a vegan restaurant, but their vegan options are way better than they have any business being. their vegan chick'n is like on another level, plus they have vegan pizza!

You know how you get tangy? CITRIC ACID! I use that in all the vegan dairy things i make. I make a delicious caesar and ranch if you want the recipes. Also... you look great.. but try Bare Minerals mineral foundation (it isn't liquid). I've been using it since 1998 and I even worked for the company. So much better than liquid.

Originally in Chinese cuisine its a meat substitute in stirfries or soups. Its chewy and doesnt have much of its own taste.
