Seems rather like a eating disorder in combination with "never being really hungry" and with that I mean "doing physical labor and don't eat properly for days or even over a week because there isn't something.". On the one hand, I think most of the presented food weren't really good but "rotten" - Mate, disorder. Rotten smell is quite specific and actually a warning sign. If it smelled rotten, it is due to being rotten and I seriously hope you didn't ate it. On the other hand, as soon as you are really hungry - everything halfway fresh will taste extremly good. I stay away from "blue cheese" & mushroom normally, in cases in which I was actually hungry though; I never downed mushroom soup faster nor did I hesitate to eat blue cheese. Also Insects become suddenly cool snacks.

Vegetarian, not vegan (historically the difference between the therms is debatable but these days it's used to describe two different things). Overall the point of this video is quite dumb. When you stop eating meat you start seeing the wider picture over time. I definitely felt better about handling meat after half a year without it than after two years without it.
