The best beer in the world comes from the United States. I know that just made a lot of Europeans heads explode but it's true. Now it's important to note that all the beers they tried here are mass produced garbage with the exception of Samuel Adams. Yuengling Lager is one of the best especially if you get it on draft.

The full English and the full Irish are basically the same thing. Probably white pudding as well on the Irish. The truth is that the Ulster Fry is the weapons grade cooked breakfast. Everything else is feeble in comparison. Fried potato bread, fried soda bread, sometimes fried wheaten bread, bacon, eggs, sausage and black pudding. Beans are not included but sometimes offered as garnish along with mushrooms.
