I can say yep this is true. I’m 34, been dealing with severe chronic pain due to back and spinal injuries causing bulged discs for 24 years, and I have fibromyalgia to boot 😞🤦🏻‍♂️😢

Depends on what issues your body has. For this guy it'll probably be a permanent fix if he upkeeps good posture but for the average person it'll just be a good back crack

Can u tell us what kind of education u had? Ive been to a chiropractor many times but all he does is that table thing that does make u sleep when u come home. But i met a dude i a club that for a drink would crack ur hand or whatever so i told him my back hurts. So he a strong dude i might say lifted me up at my jaws and swing me slightly from left to right, and i heard my whole spine go krak, every vertable. After that is was like a new person. When i hit the dance floor i was literally like spaghetti monster my arms and legs where free and height half of what they supposed to weigh. That released years of pressure, and i was 25 at that time sporty hard working. Never knew there was something wrong with me. But that neck pull is exactly like what happened to me. I never went back to my old chiropractor. But im 43 now so i def need this again.
