I used to manage a pizzeria. I was so impressed when Any said, "See you in 4 days." I know at least 2 head chefs that don't realize how good pizza dough is made. It really does take 4 days because good pizza dough spends 3-4 days raising in the fridge before being panned and placed in the proofer.

It depends on how you make your dough. I currently run a pizza kitchen and we have to make dough daily in order to use it the next day. It comes out absolutely sublime every time. Recipes differ.

Fun fact: marmite is english and veggie might was created during world war 1 because marmite couldn't be imported to Australia. Both are based on grain but have different nutrients. They are similar but not the same.

I haven't tried Vegemite but have tried Marmite. It's a love it or hate it thing. I didn't love it. Actually it's at the bottom of the spectrum on my tongue. Tacos/Lasagna/really good steak or BBQ us on the other end. Hey, I suggest you try it. You may actually like it. Plenty of people do.
