I'm impressed that they seem to be using the fume extraction equipment and ESD protection also, also impressive they do a full charge / discharge test. For a small Chinese manufacturer they seem to have a good manufacturing setup, looks very competent to me.

Thats why they wont fail. They probably have sensors which trigger a failsafe. Power cut and discharge of all powerbanks.
