An interesting thing I never hear people bring up, is how Vegeta is actually a lot stronger than Goku. And has been for a long time but he purposely nurfed himself. Their power is closely matched, but Vegeta never had a problem controlling ape form. Which gives him a crazy boost in power. And if Goku also still had the form, he would still lose because he couldn’t control it. To keep things balanced they would’ve either had to teach Goku how to control his ape form or make Vegeta get rid of his. I think Vegeta should’ve kept his, it would of made for an interesting dynamic between them.
