Oh I'm sure there are billions, if not trillions of people in the living dimension and otherworld alike that hate him just as much. Vegeta's losses at Frieza's hands are not much greater than any other race Frieza has enslaved or eradicated. Though of the main cast, heck yeah, Vegeta got the worst. Though I'd argue Broly, Gohan, Krillin, Dende and Piccolo, all of whom Frieza has tortured at one point, and in some cases killed, also deserve a chance to kill him. Actually, I won't even be mad if Krillin steals Vegeta's kill and offs a weakened Frieza himself. Heh, actually, dying at Krillin's hand would probably hurt Frieza's pride more than anything. Everyone kind of deserves a slice of Freezy-pop, Vegeta just deserves the biggest slice.

Look at his current line up of friends and allies. Vegeta, Piccolo, good Buu, Tien and Chiaotzu, 17 and 18 and even Yamcha started out as enemies. That is the majority of his closer friends. Out of all the characters in the main cast, despite all his character growth, vegeta is still the prime candidate to be capable of life lasting bitter hatred towards somebody. And that somebody would make the most sense if it where Freeza considering their personal history and similar personalities pre Vegeta's character growth. At this point Vegeta doesnt just hate how Freeza humiliated him, he hates what he was under Freeza, what he did, he hates who he was before his character growth, and Freeza reminds him of all of that. Unless Freeza himself goes trough a huge character growth arc, which I doubt will happen, Vegeta will always have reasons to hate him. And thus see him as an enemy for life. While Goku just sees potential for good fights, as he always does. At least thats my opinion.

Frieza brutally tortured and killed Vegeta on Namek and then he told Goku that Vegeta and the Saiyans deserved it. Frieza doesn't care about him at all. Those who somehow sympathize with Frieza are generally crazy. This is not a funny rivalry. The fact that Super laughs at the topic of slavery, racism, sadism, discrimination, humiliation and death of loved ones is generally disgusting

They also took away Vegeta's victory over Frieza. I'm not surprised because Vegeta is Toriyama's least favorite character. Would you consider it normal to have a scene where Casca was asked to take Griffith's hand after everything that had happened between them? I think it's too much and also not funny at all...
