Wheelo and Gero interacting was not what I expected in my Budokai Tenkaichi 4 bingo card. There's so much stories to tell with just them and their affiliation with Goku. They could tag team and kill him, or kill each other to get the chance to kill him. Or Gero would even settle with turning Goku's body into a vessel for Wheelo's brain. I bet they could even take down Goku Black together and study his remains and how God Ki works.

Wheelo and Gero are the two most dangerous people here, by far, it's not even close. We see at the start of Z that the power level of an average adult human is between 2 and 3, and that's with them holding a shotgun. Gero took two teenage humans, whose power level couldn't have been HIGHER than 2 or 3 themselves, and then gave them power levels in the multi-MILLIONS with some cybernetic augmentations. Every android and robot he ever made could have tied final form Freiza up like a pretzel. Bulma and her father are on the same kind of timing, they're just not evil. If you left any of the good doctors alone for long enough, they'd FIND a way to kill gods. The original Bibidi was described as a scientist as well as a sorcerer.

Buu's most infamous act was murdering all of the Supreme Kais of Universe 7, missing only one, who then became the Grand Supreme Kai by default. That explains in part the instability and problems of Goku's universe (there's only 1 overseeing super god, not the 5 that are supposed to exist), but it also would make Buu extremely infamous. Powerful beings know about and are in contact with the gods and lesser Kais. Kami/Piccolo and Kami Guru both had contact with heaven, as did Master Roshi. And Super shows that the Gods of Destruction openly consort with the most powerful beings of their respective universes. I think it's very plausible that King Cold would know of the legend of Buu, either from the gods themselves or second-hand from someone who had spoken with the gods. I think Buu would probably be quite infamous in Universe 7 in general, the only reason nobody knew who he was on Earth is because Earth is a backwater, relatively speaking.

From what little we know about Nappa and Raditz's relation [Nappa DID want to revive Raditz initially until Vegeta basically said: better idea] I think Nappa probobly did want to make Raditz the best he could be. After all Nappa was apparently a general, he's likly used to commanding Low-Class Sayians and driving them for the best results. That Nappa-Raditz interaction sounds like Nappa intentionally trying to provoke Raditz to get him to hit him with everything he's got. Raditz is just a bully and coward however, not a true Sayian warrior.
