As you guys are watching this, remember that dragon ball's universe is 7 times bigger than ours. Everything is scaled upwards. I think the planet goku is on is 3-4 times bigger than ours. Everything is scaled upwards. Anything talking about speed across galaxy/universe and how long it takes, just multiply that by 7 to get the equivalent of our universe. So when gotenks flew around the planet like 6 times in 4 seconds, that would be about 18-24 times around our planet.
