Vegeta - Super Saiyan Blue Powerup [Fan Animation Test]

This is a really REALLY short test animation I've been working on for the past month.
It's taken me a long time to come out with this really short piece because I basically learned everything as I went.
I'd never animated anything like this before. I'd never drawn Vegeta before. I'd never drawn landscapes before, I had no idea how to plan it out.
My goal was to just finish an animation. Didn't matter how long it took, i just wanted to finish something to my usual standards.
4 weeks of on/off work later and here's what I was able to make.
