Radiation has unstable radioactive isotopes that alter/deconstruct you on the molecular level. Cosmic radiation takes this to the next level. Earths magnetic field protects us from this cosmic radiation

A nice animation has a proper information of what needs to be shown. This guy's editing skills may be impressive, but Garou didn't even show a surprised expression when Vegeta turned Blue. Also, Garou won't even survive post B.O.G. Base Vegeta. Let alone reach such atomic levels.

There are several reasons why Garou could not imitate Vegeta, and one of them is the universe and the god with whom Garou made a deal, since if he is the god of OPM he could not imitate anyone outside his universe.

cool animation, I don't think garou would be able to transform into ssb he would copy all of vegeta abilities and techniques and exact power level etc... that he shows so i think he would have to copy ssb to go ssb which he would have done the instant vegeta shown more power any limits or flaws vegeta has would be instantly erased if garou uses it.
