Because universe 6 and universe 7 are the pair of universes that go together and as such they mirror each other as twin universes , but opposite as opposed to same . So one universe the saiyans have to battle , and train non stop , and battle till death multiple times , train under intense gravity , over come the odds all the time and earn any and every little bit of extra power they can come up with . Where as the other universe ain’t gotta do sh!t but make their back tingle a little bit and instead of try hard mode they get their power ups and a$$ pull of a transformation by literally doing nothing . I wonder if gohan is actually from universe 6 ?

I think berrus favors vegeta (at least in the manga after the tournament) due to the fact that he has that destroyer potential. I think it's pretty vague on how they get selected. I can't stand the posts that state that goku would be an angel. All the angels are born into it, not chosen. Goku would be above a destroyer. I just think beerus would choose vegeta to replace him. Actually, it would be like the toppo Jiren scenario
