Cell would have been a pain to deal with, but aside from the business decision of leaving him out there's one key point-he is programmed to kill Goku at any available opportunity, which would have required yet another arc right after the TOP. He also doesn't have Frieza's raw power, even with zenkai boost and the various other genetic traits. Frieza at least had time to train before he fought Goku, so he was already powered up to DBS levels in his golden form. You revive Cell, you're talking mid-late DBZ levels which wouldn't have meant jack squat with the level of power needed to take on a fighter like Jiren or really any of the Pride troopers.

He's proud of himself, and he's proud of the Saiyan race as a whole. He may have an ego (an Ultra Ego you could say) but he channels that into being the best warrior he could possibly be. [Spoilers for the manga ahead. You have been warned.] It's a difference between Goku and Vegeta's objectives in a fight that makes them good foils for each other. Goku always fights to better himself, and to protect others, and he'll use one to fuel the other. It makes sense he gets Ultra Instinct, a purely defensive ability. Vegeta however would gladly wipe out entire universes to save those he holds dear. He has the Saiyan instinct to destroy and conquer tempered by love for his family and appreciation of his fellow warriors. Thus it makes sense that he attains Ultra Ego and the Power of Destruction

It's actually the dragon them, followed by super saiyan vegeta theme. Bruce faulkoner was a genious with dramatic/action music. It's just a shame they forced him to fill every second of the series with music, sometimes silence has a better effect

The Final Flash is Vegeta’s signature and one of his strongest moves. It’s where he gathers everything he’s got in an all or nothing final attack. Back then, it was stated by Toriama himself to be the strongest beam in the Cell Saga. If Cell hadn’t moved when he did, he knew he was gonna die. It’s insane how, despite not being anywhere near UI strength at the moment, he was able to actually knock down Jiren. My personal favorite attack in all of Dragon Ball.

Bruce faulconer scores build up the suspense like no other. I definitely got the chills there. The fights scenes are so much better and intense because of it. Vegeta sells his special techniques almost better than anyone. Jiren is no fool, he knows better than to not put up his defenses before facing a full power attack from Vegeta or Goku.

Faulconer's score is infinitely superior. It gives the scenes better pacing and builds and swells with the drama until you're overwhelmed with chills and sitting on the edge of your seat. Hell, even the character's reactions and dialogue pair better with it. The Japanese score always felt like it downplayed their reactions to where nothing truly felt serious, but with Faulconer's everything they do feels much more pivotal and dangerous.

as per what I have seen, vegeta have more sets of energy blasts as compared to any other. Like goku only uses Kamehameha but vegita has Galictic Gun, Final Shine Attack, Final Flash, explosive waves etc. Goku mostly prefers close combat due to his martial arts training and Vegeta prefers Destructive blast to show off his power and that's what I love the most about him.
