Yeh raha Veg Biryani ka recipe:
Saman:
Basmati chawal: 2 cup
Gajar: 1 adad (barik kata hua)
Gobi: 1 cup (chote tukdon mein kata hua)
Shimla mirch: 1 adad (barik kata hua)
Pyaaz: 2 adad (barik kata hua)
Tamatar: 2 adad (barik kata hua)
Adrak aur lehsun ka paste: 1 chammach
Hari elaichi: 2-3 adad
Laung: 4-5 adad
Dalchini: 1 inch ka tukda
Jeera: 1 chammach
Dhaniya powder: 1 chammach
Lal mirch powder: 1/2 chammach
Haldi powder: 1/4 chammach
Garam masala powder: 1 chammach
Dhaniya patti: 2 tablespoon (kata hua)
Podina patti: 2 tablespoon (kata hua)
Dahi: 1/2 cup
Ghee: 2 tablespoon
Namak: Swadanusar
Vidhi:
1. Sabse pehle, basmati chawal ko saaf paani mein dho kar 30 minutes ke liye bhigo dein.
2. Ek patili mein ghee garam karein aur usmein jeera, hari elaichi, laung, aur dalchini dalein.
3. Ab pyaaz ko golden brown hone tak bhunein, phir usmein adrak-lehsun ka paste aur tamatar daalein aur achhe se bhunein.
4. Ab sabziyan (gajar, gobi, shimla mirch) dal kar acche se milayein aur dhimi aanch par pakayein.
5. Dahi ko alag se beat karke usmein dhaniya powder, lal mirch powder, haldi powder aur namak milayein aur sabziyon mein daal dein.
6. Ab bhigoye hue chawal dal kar milayein aur 5 minutes ke liye pakayein.
7. Fir usmein 3 cup paani daal kar ubaal aane tak pakayein.
8. Jab paani sukh jaye aur chawal pake jayein to garam masala powder, dhaniya patti aur podina patti daal kar mix karein.
9. Biryani ko halka sa dum par 10 minutes ke liye pakayein.
10. Serve karein garama garam Veg Biryani ko mirchi ka achar aur dahi ke saath. Enjoy karein!
