I love this recipe lends itself to casein free gluten free vegan alternatives. Am going to try with locally made salsa picante or sriracha sauce or gf tomato ketchup. And casein free vegan home made queso with homemade buckwheat or vegan chia seed gf bread. Sharing because this recipe is so adaptable to gf cf vegan diets like mine.Thank you!!
