When I was a kid my mom pulled broom corn 10 foot tall. It was really used to make brooms. This was in the early 60s, a long time ago. Thanks for the video, blessings.

Your veggie harvest are so beautiful, I’m sure you have 10 green fingers. I also wanted to let you know that I have bought some Zinnias after asked you if it was too late to grow some last month and they all grown so beautifully, all are still in bloom, no signs to slowing down, now I’m so in love with them, I will have to remember to plant a lot of them whenever I could find them next year. 😃

Your beds are spectacular. This year I've planted coleus, lobelia, petunias, marigolds and cosmos in with my veggies. The plants are still small. I'm excited to see what my garden will look like in September. (It's June when I'm writing this.) I hope my beds are as beautiful as yours are.

At the inions patches , there is purslane grass or succulent that is edible , for medicine benefit can control blood sugar for diabetes person they eat as a salad dressing or just munch it , it is sour in taste but it is edible

Sara In SoPo Definately prefer raised over ground! Less weeds, easier to maintain, not sure about less bugs but would always choose raised over ground

We spend a lot of time out in the Gardens! When I go out there to manage them, i take my little helpers with me, and we don't just work, we make it an event! Little do they know, they are learning a lot while they are having fun. We will play house in the garden, and we play clean up. My husband also has grown to have a love for the gardens! It's nice to have a big pair of muscles on hand with any heavy lifting, haha! In the Summer, we treat our Garden like our home, because we are more outside, than we are inside. That's why we created to be our actual outdoor living space, rather than just a garden space. It's great! Thank you for watching!

Do you worry about your cats using your beds as litter boxes? We have lots of feral cats around our farmhouse.

We just have the one cat and we haven’t had any issues with her doing that she is pretty well trained with her litter box, if there were more than her then I’m thinking we would have issues with that
