Let's cook! What kind of vegetarian food are you going to cook today? Today I’m going to make a vegetarian home-cooked dish with white radish and shiitake mushrooms. I have shared croquettes and boiled meatball soup before.
This time I’m going to have some couscous. I started to be a vegetarian when I was 11 years old. I remember that when I was very young in Malaysia, my mother-in-law would make Hakka steamed meatballs for our whole family. Now I’m going to turn it into Vegetarian version of Hakka steamed meatballs.
The ingredients for this vegetarian home-cooked dish include 1/3 radish, 1 fresh shiitake mushroom, 1/3 carrot, some cordyceps flowers, celery, 50g hericium edodes, 1/4 teaspoon rose salt, 1/4 teaspoon white pepper, 1/4 teaspoon two granulated sugar, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, 100g sweet potato powder, 50CC filtered water, 1/4 teaspoon rose salt, 1/4 teaspoon white pepper, appropriate amount of olive powder, a little wolfberry .
