ஐயா MAIDA (Slow poison)வில் செய்யும் அனைத்தும் உணவு தான் இன்று கெடுதல் என்று கூறவேண்டியது தானே. Bakery இல் செய்யும் Cake Veg,Egg, chicken puff Veg, chicken roll Bread (0%protein) Bun butter bun Coconut bun Burger Pizza Sandwich Rusk Wheat bread (95%maida bread) All variety of cake in bakery and Tea shop. Bakery ஐ தவிர்ப்பது நல்லது. Soan papdi, ஸோன் பப்டி (MAIDA) poori, பூரி (maida) Panji mittai, பஞ்சி மிட்டாய் (Maida) Bolee, போலி (maida) Noodles, நூடுல்ஸ் (maida) Parotta (maida) Company biscuits Horlicks, unibic, good da..., all biscuits Maida அணைத்து கம்பெனி biscuit உம் Maida வில் செய்றாங்க சாப்பிடாதீங்க. Refined Wheat Flour என்று ஒரு பொருளில் இருந்தால் அது Maida வாங்காதீங்க Ingredients பாத்து வாங்குங்க. கடையில் வாங்கும் இனிப்பு 70% Maida தான் Ingredients பாத்து வாங்குங்க. Veg foods are much better than Non-veg. my mom is a pure vegetarian,her age now 45+ She don't have any issues.So don't spread false informations.Just say protein is need.

இந்த மாரி முக்கியமான விஷயங்களை எந்த dr சொல்வது இல்லை.. அணைத்து dr பிரச்சனை என்று போனால் மருந்து சாப்பிடுவதை மட்டுமே சொல்வார்கள்.. அடித்தளத்தை சொல்ல மாட்டார்கள்.. ஆனால் இவர் அடித்தளமான நோயின் பிரச்சனையை கூருகிறார் 👏🏼👏🏼அருமை dr👏🏼👏🏼🔥🔥 நாம் asians மட்டும்தான் அதிகமாக carbohydrates எடுக்கிறோம் proteins சாப்பிடுவதை மறந்து விடுகிறோம்.. முறையான சாப்பாடு சாப்பிட வேண்டும் பின்பு எந்த நோய் வந்தாலும் நம் உடல் அதற்கான எதிர்ப்பு சக்தி தான செய்து கொள்ளும்.. Great insight Doctor. Can you also explain the impact of protein on kidneys and how do we balance this especially beyond 60 years. Also, another contra effect we face is gas problem if we consume lentils like Rajma, peas etc. wich is exasperating. Any insights in balancing this is welcome info.

Gas formation is common and it is natural. Even if you don't take protein then also gas can be formed. The gas due to protein degradation will be smelling foul.

What about preservatives,sugar and chemicals to keep the powder form, raising agents, colouring agent they are adding in the protein powder. Will you advise to take whey protein along with these components?

Your video is nice. Please release edited improved version next time. My uncle 94, late grand PA 91 lived well. Grand pa had his 32 teeth at the time of death, they worn no speechless, they could ride bycycle. They avoided nonveg (Orthodox Brahmin family). Veg or Non veg makes no difference, but the quality and quantity and physical activity make the difference. You are correct at one point: veg diet needs meticulous calculation. There exists a possibility to have protein defeciency. Note: my uncle 94 and a cousin 61 are still healthy.

One of the important fact is all enzymes are made from proteins. Enzymes are produced on daily basis and they are also subjected to metabolism. Hence it is very difficult to predict many ill effects of protein deficiency.
