Milk - 2 Cups

Foxtail Millet - 1/4 Cup
Salt to taste
Water
Broccoli - 2tbsp
Green Peas - 2 tbsp
Mixed Herbs - 1 tsp
Chilli Flakes - 1 tsp
Oil - 1tsp
Ingredients For Salad
Onion - 1tbsp
Red Carrot - 1tbsp
Cucumber - 2tbsp
Tomato - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Black Pepper - 1tsp
Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp
Coriander Leaves - 2 tbsp
