Would u b kind enough to show the tofu in rendang style? Once I ate veg nasi lemak & the tofu rendang was good, but it was fried.

So yummy. I am planning to prepare nasi lemak tomorrow and thought of trying a new vegetarian sambal version. The only channel I can think of is yours, sis. Oil no problem means u can eat . there is half litre oil in sambal alone

It would be nicer to say, hi sister, maybe you can reduce the oil a bit. It is not half litre of oil. Or if you dont like you can just reduce d oil. No problem.

The discretion is left to you whether you want to add sugar, salt or how much oil you want to use. You can take out the excessive oil after cooking if completely then use the bread to absorb the oil or initially before you begin just add a few drops. its your own initiative.you may add other ingredients anchovies or prawns or even blachan if it's non veg.appreciate the contributor for the recipe.all the best.❤
