whats the average price a dept. will pay for a vehicle installation?

Well, a average upfitted unmarked car will probably run 8k+ for just the lights, light controller, wiring, and center console. Add in the labor time, programming etc. I think the most recent unmarked we upfitted was 19k total, no rear cage and the customer also had us install their radio
