I mean i get why some people could call vl coping since pho has a tention of coping games and trying to make them better, but there are sime reasons why vl is similar 1. Pho wants revenue. I mean what dev doesnt want it. Even though he doesnt take accountability theres no telling if he actually means to copy voldex or not 2. Another reason is because he us trying to get as many licensed brands as possible. After all it wiuld be easier to latch onto a bigger games tail and get the same licensing, because it could be easier for him to contact the people and expect a responce 3. Pho hasnt really had any good updates so he is trying to cover up by imorting other features in the game. I wouldnt call it coping until vl does a stupid by making the map similar or evn just plain out copying the style. Not just the car types or the ideas Also stop trying to start a war of games, not blaming you carter but just people who try to compare the two games in everyway possible 😅.

VL's owner Phoninian was the original owner of driving empire along with bourgist as the co-owner as they were best friends. there was problems between him and bourgist so he left the company and gave DE to bourgist. he went on to make some games but realised his passion for making car games and then created VL. this is not much related to your comment but i just wanted to share.
