If the enemy team has a chopper that is absolutely wrecking us, I will make it my life's goal to shoot it down. I will go 2-30 if those two kills are shooting down an expert chopper. Hell, I will switch teams, to target a really good chopper team. They are way too strong. Blatantly OP.

@SunglazzGaming well that's the problem. You always have to be focusing on vehicle centric warfare. You always need to be running engineer instead of using other classes if you want to get anything done. I don't even have motivation to play bf4 anymore because I'm sick of having to play as an engineer. This is why I liked bf3 better, each class had more value to the overall game.

Vehicles can be very strong on BF4, but I have to say that a lot of the issues with infantry farming are more related to the bad map design of the game in general. A lot of the vehicle focused maps (which are most of them) have very little cover, specially between flags. The main routes that the infantry have to take to go to a flag is also the same as the heavy vehicles (roads, streets, opens paths, etc). Better designed maps would have separate/hidden paths that infantry could go around, not being completely exposed to tanks or choppers (think about the side tunnels on Damavand Peak or the middle corridors on Grand Bazar). The flag areas themselves are either super tiny or large but very open, with the only cover around being destructible buildings - though the game can also sway to the other extreme, with some flags (like A flag on Zavod and D flag on Lancang Dam) being pretty much impossible to clear with a tank/LAV because of all the unreachable places that infantry can hide around. The over-reliance on thermals and the lack of a good counter other than the flares doesn't help either (though the meta vehicle loadout is a whole other can of worms).

I honestly think that's the point of vehicle maps. The vehicles will control the area between points, but the infantry has the advantage inside the points where there's more cover. Snipers can also control a lot of open areas. If you're gonna jump around like the tryhards in locker, you're gonna die on a vehicle map.

I don't generally hate vehicles, its just hard to counter them, just like bfv pacific planes. Its a pain in the a$$ to look at sky just to rocket or flieger them, especially after the nerf

When I play bf4 everytime I go after tanks I get kill by helicopters. I hope 2042 allows you to use both anti tank and anti heli bazookas at the same time.

Nope. But everyone can equip a rocket since gadgets are now universal. You get one regular gadget (C4,rockets, ammo crate, medic crate, repair torch, etc.) and then the specialist unique gadget (grapple hook, auto turret, medic darts etc.)

bf4 is very unbalanced in most maps, in paracel storm who ever steals the AA tank wins dominates, thats why I play bf1 mostly, there is balance between infranty and vehiclss

I don't think vehicles are a problem. It's just not well-balanced. Battlefield 3 got it right. In Battlefield 3 you were not able to have smoke, thermal and or defense plates around your tank at the same time like in bf4. lol

@@AceBattlefield I agree and like I said before my statement, in Battlefield 3 you had to choose between thermal ops or smoke or defense plates for tanks. So if you choose thermal, you were vulnerable to lock-ons. And if you choose to smoke, you vulnerable to anti-tank mines. So, the Infantry Soldier had options on how to take down a tank according to what their defense were. In Battlefield 4 you could choose all of the above which made it unfair for Infantry.

I got flamed by both teams for 3 rounds for going 100-5 on Nansha in a boat. Felt great. Their tears brought me even more power. Also, art, you still don't reload your vehicle weapons properly so you're always down by one mag. Just fire a round and reload when you spawn in, and then never manually reload again, always full ammo, ez.
