Cant fathom why the chunky bloke in the blue 1 series climbed out the window, he had already flooded his car he could have just opened the door and got out. He got his feet wet pushing the car, odd behaviour

Out of genuine curiousity, why would this be illegal? I've tried to find some references to this but I am not having any luck so far. I see no problem with this, as long as the truck is not in danger of falling over or hitting anything that could puncture the tank.
