That recovery operative shouldn't be doing recoveries if that's the quality of his work. It didn't look like he straped it down at the end too, just relying on the winch to hold it. I certainly wouldn't want him near my vehicles! The truck at the end was probably overweight too, atleast they strapped it down though.
