You need to fix the root of the problem and that is the negative 2.5 degree camber. Given the upper arm cradle side bushing is now in a pivot that bolts laterally into the cradle, there are two shim options available that weren't possible with the previous design where the cradle side bushing used to sandwich between two tabs extruded from the cradle. There are also multiple control arm replacements for the upper arm. Also, because the rear toe is now a tie rod, there is far more toe adjustability if you replace the upper and you know longer need to replace the fore link as well since there is so much toe adjustability. In either case, you'll need an alignment after replacing or shimming the upper control arm. Shoot for -1.3 degrees of camber for a long tire life. Also, if you lower the car, you just make the problem worse but again you can pretty much correct it to -1.3 with adjustable control arms.

In case anyone is wondering, ONLY the 21" wheel/tires on the Plaid has the inner sidewall "lathing" issue. Tesla S Plaids equipped with the OEM 19" wheels/tires do not have this issue.

Changing tires will not fix the inner tire wear. However, you can get a custom built adjustable camber arm from N2itive . $995 for a pair for the Plaid and easy install locally. Problem solved. The rear tires will now run flat on the road with far better traction and control. Bill Bryant. 2023 Plaid owner with 2 rear tire failures. I had enough and located N2itive.

Your issue isn't tires, it's the negative camber in the rear. Fix the camber, you fix the issue. Most 21" Pilot sport 4s tires have tread wear rating of 350 or lower. The higher that number, the harder the tire will be and longer it should last(in theory at least). Unless the Bridgestone has a rating of 650 or more(which I doubt they do), it won't last any longer than the Michelin. Also with warranty from a manufacturer, especially Michelin, you need to show regular maintenance for the tires. Rotation every 5k or so and alignments twice a year. You can't rotate staggered fit tires, which the Tesla has, so you'll be SOL when you try to claim a mileage warranty.

For Michelin if the tires are staggered the warranty mileage is still there but it's only for half the mileage as if they were the same front and rear.

A quality microfiber cloth with a weak soap solution using dawn dish soap. Wring fairly dry and then scrub the seats. They'll look like new again.
