Wish they didn't change the grill. The 2020 grill was more expensive looking, but that's just cosmetics. The manual door release is only on the driver's door as a safety precaution. Similarly like as back as I think the 2002 Ford Explorer, maybe older, but you can only open the door manually with your key on the drivers door. So it's like if you're at a gas station or something, an intruder can't just activate or manipulate the other doors. Only the driver's side has control. I didn't notice on the 2021 that when you approach the vehicle it's supposed to lower to the ground for entry. Overall, a beautiful and great sized luxury SUV. I love it. Nice job.👍🏽🤩

I do not like the shifter or the infotainment screen that sticks up out of the dash. The interior needs a refresh. Wireless charger should be in one of those cubbies, not hidden away in the center console.
