So correct me if I’m wrong but if my 2014 Mustang GT needed a new ecu I could buy a used one and do this rather than spending the big bucks on a brand new one and having someone else program it???

Same boat I have a, 2007 v6 auto, and I have a 2008 mustang v8 manual donor car. I wanted to do an entire swap and have it California CARB compliant. If I understand correctly if I swap over everything. I just mail in my ecu and PCM?
