The Kit looks sick. Rx7's are already sick stock. Either way it's awesome. I wouldn't do it but that's me. I have an 87' fc with an 89' motor and 91' trim. I wanted the stock look but the sickest stock look which was 91' the last of its generation. Started NA, now has the T2. People stop and take pics of it and post it on they're Instagram. Rotary love baby! Do whatever you want with the car but keep it ROTARY son!!!

MCGIVERNS ROCK how is it rice? You do realise Veilside originally did engine mods as well, right? They are a TUNING company. Tuning is never, EVER considers as rice. Most people refer to things like Neons and fart-cans, not body kits, as body kits aren't just for show, but to i imprive a cars aerodynamics. (Why domyou think track cars look so much more aggressive than their street legal variants. Are they rice as well, now?).

It's your car to do with as you please. But that kit ALL fiberglass requires a lot of love. You basically have to tear all the underpinnings of that cars body apart to mount the kit. IF you wanted to go back to stock, change the light kit, mount a different tail, hood, spoiler etc... It's not happening without A LOT of work. You're married to that kit. Enjoy your car. I'm willing to bet that fiberglass delaminates within the next few years and you'll think about what I've just said. It will end up on jack stands and parted out within the next five years. Mark my word. Peace

Dude, I have mad respect for you. Unless I get enough money to get an FD with a full RE Amemiya Body Kit and a single turbo 20b, I think I'll stick with my '91 vert that will, in due time have rolled out fenders and wheels spacers. I want to try to stick with a touge style build, focusing mainly on handling characteristics, which have already been done thanks to previous owners. All that's left to do now is try to make as much power as possible out of my N/A 13b.

No insurance will not change with body kits but after market will cost you and its already a 2 door coupe so it really depends honestly. My father owns an SL-C thats a kit car with a v10 viper engine in it and for some reason my dads insurances registers the car as a corvette no clue why... but he pays about $150.00 a month full coverage.

Slick rotor motor you got there man, bodykit is perfect. Paints a bit bland but we all have our different tastes. But if i was spending that sorta cash I'd go with a Toyota Supra 3.0L single turbo and do some body and paint on that baby and not only do you look and sound amazing. You got that unbeatable power, 2jz inline 6. Fucking beast of a car.
