I’m a US veteran. Whenever I hear loud noises or banging I have flashbacks. My wife just yesterday closed the refrigerator door and I thought it was a grenade. The only time I get relief from my severe PTSD is when I listen to Vein. I shut off all the lights. I lock myself in my room. I put my headphones on and I disappear.
