3D anatomy tutorial on some important veins of the body using the BioDigital Human browser (www.biodigitalhuman.com). This is a relatively basic anatomy tutorial on the important veins of the body. There is quite a bit of detail on the veins of the upper limbs, so if you want to learn about the venous drainage of the upper limbs this is a good starting point! This video is divided into two parts, so make sure to watch both parts!

I never understood the arterial/venous/ lymphatic drainage properly in first year as even in books like gray's, they don't describe the arterial system or venous course throughout the body. Everything given in bits and pieces really din't help in connecting the dots.You really helped by giving a big picture and all your videos are very helpful. Thank you sir.

Thank you for sharing your information on veins it's wonderful to see you with. The diagram and pointing out all of the veinss I used to stand in one spot for hours as a result I have Varicose Eczema in my lower legs worse on left leg its horrible it itches so much I cannot help but scratch which makes it sore and bleed Advice Don't ever stand in one spot for hour or more with out a break Yvonne Mullion Cornwall England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

hmm, you seem to mention that the tibial posterior and peroneal/fibular vein drain into the popliteal, to be more specific however, the peroneal/ fibular vein drains into the tibial posterior vein which in turn then drains into the popliteal vein (they both do not simultaneously drain into it).
