shadowflame on liandry's torch velkoz is such an incredible pickup the crit true damage + increased burn crit adds up so much, plus it's a big AP stat stick for deathcap and torch to stack off.

I think blackflame will work even better on Asol. His empowered ult will spread to all champs without needing to split focus or need perfect positioning, and since it also counts large and epic monsters, the nova will grant even more AP if jungles aren't cleared. I believe the high end would be a nashor fight with all camps up, which should be +52% for Asol only. As to other synergies, this should work well with enemy champ clones, such as from Shaco, Wukong, or Illaoi.

Half of liandry users will prefer it since mana is their main weakness when building it first. Malzahar is a good example, he does liandry 2nd because if he build it first, he just run out of mana in 2 seconds

Blackfire is better than liandry as a first item and will fix some champs needing a liandry first but also need mana, like Malz. And it's a good clear wave since as a first item it does more dmg than liandry on minion (it does more dmg to any unit under 1300 hp as first)

I feel like the new cut down is just going to outshine coup de grace in 99% of situations. In so many cases that 8% is going to be overkill on low health targets while healthy targets will take the full damage and go into a range where anyone who cares about low health targets will do so much bonus damage anyway. It'll also work great for mental warfare, since anyone who picks coup will be low health significantly faster and think "I'm losing this fight I need to get out"

i think cash back is better than boots cuz on 2 items u practically have free boots and u still get free gold and dont have to stay bootless for 11 mins of the game i think the boot rune is a bit flip cuz if u play against champ like yasuo that builds boots early and cant be killed easy in lane u cant really space for 1 third of the game

How is cash back bait? Free boots is definitely good value, 300 free gold, but 2 3000 gold legendaries already equal to 360 gold back, and it will just increase afterwards. Can you explain further please?

I feel like cashback is most likely garbage except for maaaybe champs with really expensive core items that already go inspiration anyways. I might try it on ashe with kraken/triforce, which is almost 7k gold in the first 2 items, that's 400 extra gold or so.

Free boots might be better since that's basically 400G worth already. (300G for boots, and an extra 100G due to it being 10ms extra). Plus cashback gives it's money at the absolute worst times, as you're completing full items. (It's the opposite effect of futures market where you're able to complete full items early, but paid a fee)

Why is cut down better than coup de grace when a lot of regen scale with missing health ? Won't most champ will spend most of their life below 40 % than over 60 ?

When regen scales with missing health, that will bring them above 40% sooner. Plus people below 20% health often just recall instead negating that entire part. But the biggest thing with velkoz is that both of those runes DON'T affect true damage, meaning that your ultimate which is almost always used to finish off enemies gets no benefit from the rune at all.
