Honestly I love Finesse Hunter because how hard it is, but this song is beautiful and really captures the full essence of the entire album. I’ve been fortunate enough to have witnessed the growth and evolution of VEL9 as an artist. Since before La Sena Ave. to this album, and she is a truly talented lyricist and emcee. She reminds me why I once fell so head over heels in love with the craft of “rap” and hip hop. Thanks. Love this song a lot.

Vel You are so good! I am barely getting into radio programming at my alma mater's campus radio, KCSB FM SB and I bump so much of your music when I get the chance. This is definitely going up. I just really love everything about your flow and how you don't put anyone down in your music. You have a great way of describing beauty in others. I don't think I have ever seen something I did not like out of you. There is so much positivity in your lyrics and observation. Your videos always include friends too which is just so real! The last thing I really want to say is that your last video Got Me Like honestly inspired me to finish and graduate first in my family. I just want to share that because when I'm in SB I can feel so much culture shock trying to be me or fit in, and your music serves as a reminder of where I come from in LA and all the people I miss.
