I think Garmin has the best out there. NONE of them are perfect but Garmin allows you to adjust/correct reps mid-workout and then adjust weights post-workout if you went up or down from plan - plus they show primary and secondary muscle groups affected. No one else does this, or as well.

Do these grips stick to any type of bar? I bought a pair of victory grips tactical freedom and found them a bit slippery

Mine do! Although less than others. The smooth speal bars it doesn't as much as the Rogue, but in general they hold better than any others to anything, but I haven't tried the tactical

This is going to sound extreme, but I literally do nothing to any bar, smooth or speal or otherwise and they hold fantastic

You can, using the sweatbands give some relief on the wrists for me but I'll be barely use them.
