Interesting observation about the Coriolis acceleration: - Coriolis is caused by movement in the NORTH/SOUTH direction while there is tangential motion and causes a deflection in the EAST/WEST direction. - This shows that the explanation for the turning of the Foucault pendulum is wrong. - What should happen -> The pendulum should rotate fastest when swinging in the north/south direction and then SLOW and finally STOP when it reaches the EAST/WEST direction. - Something to think about :)

Wow, it's a masterpiece. Why we couldn't have a platform where only study channel are available for free , something like KZbin which only focused on studies,research videos,and technical videos . KZbin should make like this.

Radial acceleration was a bit counterintuitive but your explanation that it's non zero due to change in r's direction wrt time even WITHOUT change in its magnitude . This was nicely explained. Thanks sir ! Please keep enlightening us. Use of this derivation in planatory motion using Langra gian mechanics will be interesting too where r is variable in magnitude too.
