I like how you explained how futile it is to keep money sitting in a savings account with very minimal returns. Too many of us were taught to save money in basic savings account

Hey Denzel! Thanks for this golden nuggets that you have clarifying for all of us. As you made this video for Employees & Self Employed, I wanted to see different perspective and using this velocity banking strategy for Business Owners & Investors. Can you please create this content so we can have a bigger and clearer picture? Thanks!

Im also wondering if we produce positive cash flow every month and paid as much as minimum payments as possible, we will generate income and tax write offs on all of these expenses or business debt. What would you say?

Denzel et al, we've just acquired a HELOC to start working on the process of paying down bills, etc. There is still a bit of convincing my wife about being aggressive with velocity banking, but we're going to push forward. I was wondering if anyone knew of a good spreadsheet to track velocity banking? I downloaded a couple from the internet, but wasn't overly thrilled with them. Thank you and Denzel - really appreciate you sharing this knowledge.

After completing the Financial Summary I can see how much cash I've been wasting. It doesn't seem like much when I decide to order out but accumulative, I'm ashamed. It's not just ordering out, it's so many other categories, it's just not good. I am looking forward to changing it in 2024.

This is where i have been hung up because of certain bills that are being paid annually or querterly. On paper it doesent look like i have enough income but life application reads differently. Even still on paper it looks like i have negative cash flow so figuring out were to start is confusing me.

Do you recommend moving all monthly payments (loans, cards, etc) to one specific date, like the end of the month? If so /not and why? Thx
@kadeemk46794 жыл бұрын
Hey Denzel question. What if the interest on my high yield savings account is more than the interest on my debt. What if I was also able to borrow against the assets in that high yield account at a lower interest rate as well and I have a steady income each week. Could I do both? Using velocity banking or infinite banking wouldn't I be basically getting paid to borrow and lend.

Giving does not just equal money/ cash Your opinion is merely focused on a dollar amount. Not everyone has the money to give. You can easily trade / giving time instead of money to help people out. Which then you are not cutting anything off, Your belief around giving/ money is just your opinion
@DenzelNapoleonRodriguez4 жыл бұрын
I agree with you giving does not just equal money. If I have ten shoes one of them is not mine. I have 24 hrs in a day 2.4 hrs is not mine. If I have ten chickens one of them is not mine. If I have 100 dollars ten is not mine. There are many different ways to give I believe we just like to complicate things. I also appreciate your opinion.

Somebody knows if there is a free softwere to eliminate debts by family bank?
@DenzelNapoleonRodriguez3 жыл бұрын
A free software is hard to come by that is actually good and works. Usually if it’s free you only get access to a limited amount and then the rest you have to purchase. Or if it’s private family banking they have a software I think it’s free but you have to buy a policy with it so it’s not free

I have a Navy Federal Platinum credit card with a limit of 28,500$ the balance is 3,907 leaving a total of 24,592$ do I pay the balance down before I start Velocity banking? My total debt is 26k. And my cash flow is between 400-700$...I applied for a PLOC but they said my credit experience is too young. My credit score is over 700 FICO....Can I start velocity banking now? And which one do I throw the chunk at first? Car 13k or School loan 9k (but not charging interest cause of covid19 until. September)
@TCFruit4 жыл бұрын
Pat Julmiste watch video..velocity banking with credit card should help you. My opinion is 1. Use Credit card as a debt weapon. 2. which debt will give u more cash flow if u paid it off? 3. Which ever debt u pay that will give u more cash flow is the one u pay off first? 4. Use your income to make chunk payments to debt weapon and charge expenses also. Cut out all savings until u r out of debt. Any savings u have, use it to pay debt.
@TCFruit4 жыл бұрын
Pat Julmiste also it’s important to know your closing date on Credit Card. Your closing date is your reporting date to credit bureau. U want to charge expenses after your closing date on your Credit Card so that your balance looks good when reporting your balance. Helps your utilization %.
