I could be wrong, I’m not sure how chain stores work, but at my family’s grocery store, vendors have a contract/negotiate for a certain amount of space and sometimes even pay for a set amount of shelf space. This causes vendors to sometimes become territorial like the Wise potato chip guy gets mad if the Frito-Lay guy takes some of his space. That could be why you didn’t find these next to the Tostitos cheese dips.

What a truly terrific video Tami I love watching your food reviews. Thanks for letting viewers know where to be on the look out for the velveeta cheese dip I wish websites and apps when others would find these new items would mention where in the grocery store they’d found them.

I always eat these hot. Heating them brings out more of the flavor. I normally buy the con salsa type but recently tried the Herdez Queso Blanco which was really good.

@@suzieq4750 yes the Herdez Queso Blanco cheese dip is the best. I dip Doritos in it and can’t stop eating it. Thats one great dip.

I can’t wait to try these. I love snacking with cheese dip and tortillas on weekends when I’m not counting calories. Also I like to warm a bit and use it with broccoli. I think the blanco would be great. Great review

Warmed or not, they would go great with the Tostitos Scoops! Thanks for the video, as always. :-) I can't handle the really jalapeno-y dips. I am okay with a lil jalapeno, but not really hot. Same with all peppers. I used to like getting nachos at the movies (though I usually went for popcorn and an cherry and coke mixed Icee - my cousin and I snuck food/drinks in sometimes heheheh). Did you ever order loaded nachos at a restaurant, Tami? They are great with the taco meat, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream, etc. Or even with chicken.

I’ve been looking forward to this review since I saw them in your haul so thank you!! When I went looking for them, I stumbled upon new Taco Bell dips in the international aisle at Walmart? Have you tried those? They sounded quite interesting!

I’m not sure why but never been used to these types of cheese dips in jars so unlikely to choose these off the shelf. I’d normally make my own dip or use a prepackaged sour cream and chive diip. Thanks for the review.

Here in Texas at HEB we didn't have the queso con salsa. Tried the jalapeno one, so good!! Reminds me of cheez wiz

Actually that is where I would be looking for it in that area of the store.My favorite Nacho Cheese is located in the same area also. I think they put them there because they are used for cooking not just dips. Its how I use items like this. I love Velveeta cheeses & they also melt great. A big fan of the Shreds.

How do these compare to cheez whiz? My best friend and I love melting velveeta and salsa together!!! It’s the only way I like vekveeta… except as a sauce in broccoli… that’s really good too… Tostitos makes a really nice tortilla chip! But Aldi’s are very good too…

I buy the Tostitos dips often and they are about half the calories per serving. These sound good but I'd be hard pressed to switch.

If you can believe it, my local AMC theater has a sign that says "Uber eats pickup." Who would order those already overpriced concessions, and then pay the delivery fee and tip on top of it all just to eat it at home? Somebody with a lot more money than me! I've never ordered the nachos either. I think those are a lot more popular at the ballpark.

I've only gotten nachos from the school lunch. Round Tostitos chips with bland government cheese and dried out ground beef! 😖 When I served lunches myself at the same school for a little while, they got ground turkey, pepper jack cheese and salsa... Ngl I was rather jealous 😂

Hey tami. Have u or Kevin ever had "Pancho chesse dip"before? I am from memphis and we are known for our Pancho dip. The sad thing both of our Pancho restaurants close. It was a sad day. If not I may send u some your way so u can try some.

Ok Tami this is only happened once or twice before but today you and Kevin basically stole the words out of my mouth on three of your four reviews! That's so funny lol but it leaves me wondering what to comment since you already said what I was going to say. LOL for this one I was going to say I wish they had made one with some spices in it but not the jalapeno tingle because I like a little spice but can't do the heat. I was all ready to type this in and then in the last 30 seconds of the video Tami goes ahead and says that exact thing! It's ok though because great minds think alike! 😊 Walmart in Kroger both have a gordo brand I think it's called of the white cheese sauce that you see in Mexican restaurants and it is available in mild and is delicious!

They would never be allowed with the Tostada dips and salsas became its not a Frito Lay product would be my guess

It's just a processed cheese. Melts super easily and has a mild flavor.

Looking forward to trying this processed cheese gunk the next time I get super drunk! Kroger digital coupons have a save $1.50 off the $2.99 sale price right now. Probably gonna go with queso Blanco . hope it doesn't taste too bad if I drink too much and puke it back up.

I sure hope this Velveeta Cheese Dip tastes way better than their Velveeta cheese blocks that is so disgusting. Actually you just said it doesn’t taste the same. I still think it will have a little of that gross Velveeta taste. 🤮 The best cheese dip you should review is the Herdez Queso Con Salsa Dip Creamy. It has also 3 different kinds. This is awesome dip and you can’t stop eating this. You can compare with the Kraft or just test the 3 of them. There sold in our local food stores like Jewel and other local stores. It’s worth it.

We buy the scoops and I would gladly accept the challenge of eating them with the Queso Con Salsa. The other two might be a little too tingly for me. Thanks for a great review.
