Ingredients:
Oil - 1/4 cup
Curd - 1/4 cup
Semolina - 1 cup (sooji)
Milk - 4 tbsp
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Maida 2 tbsp ( All purpose flour )
Baking Powder - 1/2 tsp
baking Soda - 1/4 tsp
Tutti Frutti - 1/4 cup
vanilla essence - 1 tsp
Water - 1/4 cup
Semolina or Rava cake is one of the easiest cakes to be made instantly at home, it tastes little different than cakes made using maida but it is very healthy and tastes better.
