Idk what triggered the KZbin algorithm nevertheless I am grateful as I am on back to back videos of yours. Your explanation is very simple and clear. To top it off the presentation and graphics are complementing the content and synchronised to the message that is being delivered. the agent gpt , which you showed towards the end, is that an example of autonomous agent? As, you have mentioned quite a few types of agents earlier.
@vishalteckchandani21733 ай бұрын
At a high level, AgentGPT primarily falls under the category of a Goal-Based Agent. While it also incorporates elements of learning and utility-based decision making, its core functionality revolves around achieving specific goals set by the user or inferred from the initial prompt. It's important to note that AgentGPT represents a more advanced form of AI agent, often referred to as an Autonomous Agent (so it sits under the GBA category). These agents have a higher degree of autonomy and can independently break down tasks, set subgoals, and learn from their experiences to achieve their primary objective.

While the potential of AI in business is exciting, this video oversells current capabilities by comparing basic tools to sci-fi concepts like Star Trek's Data. The demonstrated examples - a lead capture chatbot and a GPT task planner - are useful but far from the autonomous "AI employees" promised. These are assistive technologies that can help with specific tasks, not the complex decision-makers portrayed. As someone working with AI, I worry that such hyperbole creates unrealistic expectations and might lead businesses to waste resources chasing capabilities that don't yet exist. Let's celebrate AI's real benefits while being honest about its current limitations - it's an amazing assistant, not a replacement for human workers.
@Vendasta24 күн бұрын
Yeah, good point. We do sell the dream a bit here. But existing technology can be used to significantly reduce the workload of administrative tasks. Depending on the size of the company, that could be equivalent to an entry level administrative assistant. Contact collection & enrichment, customer service triage and responses, reporting, sales assistants, content creation... it all adds up. What line of work are you in?

Some early adopters outlets are already utilising these AI agents in their operations. The competitive pricing strategies is a typical use case here. An outlet sets it's overall objective bothering on strategic cost leadership and the AI agent is able to dynamically adjust the product pricing autonomously using market variables and data obtained from previous transactions which are continuously being updated. I bet it, this is not a sci fi scenario. It's real. AI is "the today and the future ".

Hi Deanna, I think baby steps are key when dealing with local businesses who are nervous about AI. I can’t see them not loving what chat bots and AgentGPT could do for them, so maybe live demos of those are a good idea to start? Framing would be key as well.

Nobody took covid serious until tom hanks and the NBA. The majority will take Ai serious until their hand is forced. we need to create a community of working class people that decide the future instead of idly waiting for the future to decide what's in store for us. we need tens if not hundreds millions of focused individuals with the same goal in mind to form a comminty so we can we dictate the future of super intelligence instead of the ultra powerful and rich.

The CEO of Nvidia described AI as a new Industrial Revolution - every one of these revolutions brought tremendous benefits but of course they do bring problems with them too. I’m personally hoping that they don’t diminish the need for human interaction and that companies broadly use the data the right way, and to the benefit of customers.

I genuinely worry about this. I don't know what the timeline or landscape will be. But I certainly wouldn't want to be last to the table selling AI at this time. Maybe it's 10 years before that scenario. Do you really want to be saying "AI bad" that entire time while others are moving to make money on it?
@mohitsingha18092 күн бұрын
@@Vendasta can't really say. Every transition into automation caused outrage and fears of unemployment but we went into higher levels of work. But this time, AI seems to be taking away mid to higher management jobs potentially excluding high earning managers and so there will be plenty of unemployment among people who constitute a large chunk of total income. Think Pareto. Or the 80:20 rule. What happens to demand on non discretionary spending? This may seem good initially but what about the loss of employment in these parts of the economy. Think about it. A cascading effect which will eventually affect purchasing and capacity in many or most sectors of the economy.

Well... Microsoft was your first mistake.... I wouldn't give up on it yet, the potential time saved down the road could be worth it. But point taken, if not trained properly, an agent could be useless. I read about an AI customer service agent for a Canadian airline that was agreeing to refunds with customers without the right process. Costly mistake.

Hello! What you are looking for is ChatGPT by Open AI. You can use it for free and start asking it questions. It can do way more than answer queries, but that's a start. Gemini by Google is also free and you can ask it questions. You can find lots of great resources on prompting too. Both of those are good starting points. Our "useless" video is about AI Agents which is a bit further down stream -- they have the same brain as the technologies I mentioned but are intended to be intermediaries to different applications.

Hi Jimy! Thanks for the comment. I had to look up the 4th amendment (I'm Canadian 😉) Privacy is such a huge issue with modern technology. I think the "ppls data" that you're referring to is only shared in accordance with privacy laws and software licensing agreements. That is to say, people are free to not use technology if they have privacy concerns. Was there a certain part about the AI agents video that made you react that way?
