Yeah and the microwave ovens cook the food just right. Half the time, even if we have burritos, burgers or pizza, if you microwave it in the store ovens, it turns out still cold in the middle and too cooked on the outside.

Definitely a lot of vending variety (though I'll leave the crickets and other bugalugs to others lol) I have to ask if any of these dinners from vending machines has given you food poisoning? This was absolutely fascinating. I've never traveled or seen many vending machines aside from the soda and drinks or the chips and chocolate ones at the train station so to see so many different food items inside a vending machine is super cool :)

This is one of the best vending machine videos I have seen so far. The food looks actually good. Great vid. The Monburan dessert that was shown is based off of a French dessert called Mont Blanc. The one in the vending machine looked like a cross between a Mont Blanc (mostly due to the chestnut creme) and a Dorayaki. Looked really nice. Japan uses a lot of European influence for their desserts like the Konpeito which is influenced by the Portuguese candy "Confetto", the Castella based on the Portuguese dessert of the same name, and the Bamukuhen based on the German dessert Baum Kuchen.
