For display, I use things around my house and place fabric inside baskets and such to make it pretty, I needed to elevate some of my items on the tables, so I used storage containers turned upside down and extra bookcase shelves to make a shelf. I cover that with a piece of fabric so you can't see the DIY-ness. All of my fabric pieces match my brand colors. I also have the sheer curtains on the front of my booth. Adding small battery-operated lights is a nice touch if outdoors and more of an evening/night craft fair. You can get those at the Dollar Tree. I had a hand painted banner for a minute. I do graphics, so I designed my logo and projected it onto a piece of canvass cloth to draw it on the banner and then painted it and grommeted it. It was a bit heavy, so I now have a printed banner, but worked when not wanting to spend much at the beginning. I also took Amazon boxes and covered those with fabric inside and out to display products. Lots of things you can DIY so you don't spend a bazillion dollars on displays when you don't really need to to have your booth look nice!

Thank you for sharing this walk-through. Lots of eye-catching displays that are inspiring. I do like the looks of those "click clack" tents, but they can't be more than 8ft across, and are very limiting a vendor's display area. And honestly, as a vendor, I hate when venues try to limit us due to "aesthetics". Most of the time, their idea about what works is completely impractical, or hobbles us to the point we can't display half of our products. It's very frustrating and I've backed out of at least one after reading their requirements.
