You tried flamu, the fact that the team was clustered in one square meant that you only fought nose in ships at some point, in a venezia, so your damage output could be better and still did better that any of those monkeys. And killing the jager and the enemy carrier by yourself its impossible if both are in the map corners. Sad end but great performance as always.

I just unlocked the Brindisi. So far it seems like the only time to use AP is on broadside BBS and slightly angled cruisers. If the cruiser is flat broadside I just get over pens with AP. Even though I know this line focuses on the SAP, sometimes it feels underwhelming. Ofcourse its brutal on DDs but anything angled it seems to leave you wanting more. Am I doing something wrong?

No ur not. Just remember to aim a little high and shoot the Superstructure. Other than that, use AP for broadsides and if you know ur AP will overmatch while they are angled, use it.

the italian AP is a very weird thing to get used to since its slower than your SAP, overpens light cruisers, shatters on (most) heavy cruisers and bbs. its a very strange round and ive been playing wows since 2016. i dont normally shoot AP in venezia line unless im mid-long on light cruisers, and i basically never shoot it at anything that isnt *flat* broadside otherwise.

I strugled with the line to be fair, including venezia, but i found success lately with lighthouse build, including stearing gears in slot 5, eye in the sky is amazing as well. I think that the key is aming (focusing on stuff u can pen with sap) and dodging with venezias amazing survivability, when focusfired, use your smoke

Hey guys, can anyone help me find a certain flamu vid again: It is a real shitshow where his team totally sucks and he carries hard but dies near the end and then in the most amazing plottwist his last potato teammate hits a smokefire-blindshot on the enemy dd in literally the last seconds of the game. I remember flamus ecstatic reaction being super entertaining but just cant finfd the video🙂

These type of games, especially in competitive modes like ranked, make me just exit the game and go do something else. It takes three or four fun modes like brawl to get to the same point, but the fact that we’re gaming states that you’re being matched up with peers, based on how good you are as a player makes me just want to quit the game completely because of the gaslighting. It’s really obvious that you’re just thrown in with a bunch of yahoos without any consideration of how good a player you are, or they are or anyone’s understanding of the game mechanics.

I need to disagree... bessides the AA, Venezia is pretty strong ship, she turns really tight and fast if you build for this, have a nice speed, his accuracy is pretty ok, its a nice ship to blap DDs, and then kite away and play mid range game, dodging salvos....
