Maami one suggestion. Out of 10 tumbler water, 8 tumbler can be used to boiling and in the remaining 2 tumbler water you can mix the flour and pour in the boiling water. So that no lumps will be formed. Chilli paste can be added after switching off the stove. Vadam color will not change. Don't mistake me. It is only a suggestion. My grandma used to do like this
