I believe I remember vanilla vengeance was coded to be a "cold skill" and received bonuses from "+ cold skill" affixes. Does it function the same in PD2?

He tested is, but Alma is just better because of Joust CD reduction.

He's saying if your SC's etc. are all heavily in favor of flat fire dmg then you would want to go with the holy fire investment to increase the fire damage % on top of the high flat dmg.
