Cleanup on Warren St.! 9:33 Unbelievable!! What did you expect when the employee of the cleanup crew (City of LA) directed them to go to Warren St. the dead end street? This is really terrible, on one hand these are living and breathing human beings like you and I. But on the other hand we also should not have to trip over their stuff on our streets and have to watch and smell the defecation and disease. Seems like there is no good way out of it, but we must come up with a permanent way to deal with it.

they have to make nomad camps where these people HAVE TO LIVE THERE or go to jail- no more living on the streets. and they have to learn to follow rules about trashing and hoarding and only certain tents allowed with a sleeping bag and one trunk full of personal stuff. simple food on site, rehab on site. toilets, showers, job training- build recycle plants next door where they -the able bodied-can work to pay for space and garbage removal and food. build on outskirts of city. that or jail where there is forced re had and work.

9th Circuit Court of Appeals judge stated the ruling as follows: ‘street camping is allowed ONLY when there are not enough shelter beds available.’ With that ruling you are allowed to enforce no camping laws. Particularly with the obvious mentally ill and Fentanyl addicts, remove by force. It’s not fair or right, for the homeless that hoard crap and use outside for their toilet, to destroy entire neighborhoods. Open up lots like Santa Barbara has done, with services, for the stable, working homeless.

I think some cities do not want to provide shelters housing etc, because they know that doing so brings crime in to the area, where I am there are shelters but only in the south end of town where the rental buildings are, and there is a homeless shelter across the street from my apartment building, the north end of town is where all the multi million dollar homes are and there are no homeless shelters in that area, this concept is called N.I.M.B.Y not in my back yard, meaning I have a fancy expensive home and I do not want a bunch of thieving druggies in my neighbourhood, and my wealthy friends and I can take the city to court if they try too, so us living in the south end of town who pay our rents but cannot afford lawyers are forced live with thses shelters, . Also less than two weeks ago a woman was murdered in the bushes close to the shelter, sadly these problems persist in areas where shelters are built where I live....
