Big Mike wanted more deer recipes, so he helped a brother out here.
He brought over some nice deer meat that he just processed over at our buddy Darien's house (he has a full processing setup).
Ingredients (use whatever you want for yours):
1.5 - 2 lbs venison (pre-seasoned with salt, pepper, onion, and garlic powder)
2-3 lbs Potatoes
3-5 Carrots
3 stalks Celery
2 Onions
1 - 2 Shallots
2-4 garlic cloves
1 container beef stock
1 package McCormick Beef Stew Mix
2-3 tablespoons Worcheshire sauce
2 tablespoons tomato paste
Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions -
1 - Sear meat. Add shallots and onion near the end of the sear.
2 - Add veggies, stew beef mix, tomato paste and cook 2-3 mins.
4 - Add venison back to the pot and add beef stock.
5 - Cook on meat/stew for 18 mins under pressure.
6 - Serve and enjoy.
