His entire speech can be winded up in just 5 minutes. And he might have delivered his speech in his mother tongue with a translator, rather than struggling to read and fight (with rhyming words) with English language. They say Unity in Diversity but they divide the society based on caste, religion to gain the votes and grab the power and do nothing for the development of the society. That is why India is still a developing country. Indian scriptures speak the wellbeing of universe, Vasudaika Kutumbham (one universal family), speaks against discrimination since ages, but still discriminates its own people based on caste, creed and religion. The poison of corruption, caste system, separatism, illiteracy, poverty, social discrimination, gender discrimination are wide spread and rampant in India. And these leaders are still giving slogans to fight against these social evils, but in fact they are the real cause behind the underdevelopment of India. These politicians, Gurus, Swamys, Sages teach and preach the best, but breech everything they say in practice.
