Hey if I can upload a pic of this gravy, I'll do it right now. After a long time my husband prepared dinner and surprised me with this gravy and chapati. Really this was the best gravy I've ever had in my lifetime. In the 5 + years of pour togetherness,we've tried many of your dishes Bhat Sir. I'll surely say this is the best dish I've tasted in these many years. Don't think I'm just giving hype, just don't skip even a single step of what our VB Chef is cooking! He's really a blessed gift for all our Tamil/ south people! You're really a Great Master Chef sir! Use Pure Soy chunks and Tempeh (Same receipe use Soy and tempeh instead of paneer) ! self cook it with less oil (dont use ghee/saturated fat) but u can use the same masala and others. Same with lentils/Daal and so on. Move to brown rice. Measure everything and be in CALORIE DEFICIT. That is only way to lose weight/Fat.

No. It won't stick. As VB Sir says you can fry. Else you grease the dosa tava with oil or ghee and place the paneer pieces do turn them similar to dosa.. paneer pieces will become slightly golden brown.. and same process
